Shipping policy

All packages purchased ship through UPS, FedEx or USPS. We strive to pack and ship orders within 1-3 business days. Orders placed after 3 pm on Friday will ship by 4 pm on Monday. Please keep in mind that packages are subject to delays created by government holidays and the weekend shipping policies of our providers.

Domestic customer's can choose the style of shipping and pay based on carrier rates.

Twisted Glass ships to a few international countries and customers have the option to choose their preferred method. Delivery times depend on the method chosen by customers and the criteria listed above.
